About

I’m a design leader helping organisations redesign work with AI.

I’m Laurence. I’ve spent my career making complicated systems work better for people—from public services and banking to the way organisations adapt to AI.

Design is how I approach the problem: understand the real system, make it visible, then change it with the people who live inside it.
